Hive Developments is owned by Luke and his father, Steve. Every scheme we develop is built by our own team.
Our story
From family homes to apartment schemes
We began buying and refurbishing family homes to let, then moved into HMOs for working professionals. Today we convert disused commercial buildings into apartments across Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
Most of our developments have been self-funded, which let us grow steadily and build a track record we're proud of. The next stage is growing the pipeline with private investors.
The face behind the brand
Luke, Director
Luke has more than 20 years in construction and over 10 years delivering residential developments. Starting on site gave him a practical understanding of how buildings are built, costed and managed.
He has since delivered millions of pounds' worth of residential schemes for our own portfolio and for private clients, from refurbishments to full redevelopments.
